What this privacy label covers

The company website and the TWT SMS program are operated by TEXWEST THREADS LLC. An inquiry about a role, a question about apparel information and a choice about messages can involve different details and purposes. This explanation concerns those company interactions and does not describe an outside employer's practices.

CLAUSE 02

Details you may put on a ticket

Relevant information may include a name, email address, part-time role area, availability and message. A separate SMS choice may involve a mobile number, consent selections and requests to stop texts or receive help. Keep correspondence focused; personal identity documents, account credentials and financial records are not needed for ordinary questions.

CLAUSE 03

The task assigned to information

Information received through an available service may help answer an inquiry, consider part-time interests or organize related correspondence. Messaging information may help manage preferences, while limited processing may support security and applicable obligations. A role inquiry has its own purpose and does not by itself authorize recurring marketing SMS.

CLAUSE 04

No ticket for outside marketing

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing. TEXWEST THREADS LLC does not use purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate or third-party marketing lists.

CLAUSE 05

Necessary handling by support providers

Where messaging or other communication services operate, delivery, hosting, security and compliance providers may need limited information to support their functions. Processing is restricted to what is necessary for those purposes and appropriate handling obligations. It does not permit a support provider to use SMS permission for its own promotions.

CLAUSE 06

Keeping the right record for the purpose

When a service retains information, the retention period should reflect the inquiry, applicable requirements and necessary preference controls. Consent evidence and limited suppression information may be needed beyond a routine message. Deletion requests are considered with those needs in view, including the ability to continue honoring a prior opt-out.

CLAUSE 07

Care with information and requests

Reasonable safeguards and access limits should match the information and enabled service; complete security cannot be guaranteed. Send access, correction or deletion questions to alaniz@texwestthreads.com. Relevant verification may be necessary to protect information against unauthorized requests. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive records when explaining a concern about your information.

Message choices and younger visitors

For active TWT messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. These pages and the program are not directed to children under 13, whose information is not knowingly sought. A parent or guardian can contact alaniz@texwestthreads.com about a concern so appropriate steps can be considered.

When the privacy label is revised

This policy may change when communication practices or applicable requirements change. Read the displayed version before making a new information choice, and retain any information you need for your own reference.
